United Welfare Federation of Chartered Accountants (UWFCA) is an Association of Chartered Accountants, registered under the Society Registration Act XXXI of 1860 on 14th July 2017. UWFCA is primarily formed for the welfare of the Chartered Accountants and represent before various regulatory authorities to resolve the professional matters / issues faced by the Chartered Accountants across the Country.

Santosh Gangwar (born 1 November 1948) is a Minister of State for Finance in the Government of India. He is a Member of Parliament (16th Lok Sabha), former minister of state in Government of Indiaand a leader of Bharatiya Janata Party(BJP). He has been Member of Parliamentfor the city of Bareilly since 1989 till date (except 2009-2014). He was also the chief whip of the party in 14th Lok Sabha.

Basvaraj Patil Sedam (born 10 February 1944) is a Member of Rajya Sabha from Karnataka. He was the Secretary of Bharatiya Janata Party and president of the Bharatiya Janata Party Karnataka unit. He was elected as a member of the 12th Lok Sabha from Gulbarga.
